We started with cryostats
and bolometers over 40 years ago in the new field of infrared astronomy. We
extended our expertise to develop the first Infrared Emission Microscope, our
IREM-I, used in the emerging application of semiconductor failure analysis in
the 1990s. Today we’re the parent company to these industry leaders ready put our IR expertise to work to solve your challenges.
